RAILBUS Development Hub Progress Update
We’re excited to share the latest progress from the RAILBUS Development Hub, our state-of-the-art facility under construction in Dubai Silicon Oasis, which will serve as the cornerstone of our global innovation, prototyping, and assembly operations.
Construction Progress
Significant milestones have been achieved in recent weeks. The steel structure and exterior panels are now nearly complete, and interior work is well underway. Teams on-site are currently installing insulated wall panels, flooring systems, and technical fittings for the main production and testing areas.
This 50,000 sq. ft. facility is being built to world-class standards and will house:
- R&D and design offices
- Prototype fabrication and assembly lines
- Component testing and material laboratories
- Visitor and training zones for partners and investors
Strategic Importance
The RAILBUS Development Hub represents a major step toward establishing Dubai as the central base for our solar-powered autonomous transit technology. Once operational in May 2026, the hub will accelerate vehicle production, testing, and system integration, supporting upcoming pilot projects across the region.

With structural and cladding works nearing completion, the next phase will focus on:
- Electrical and mechanical installations
- Equipment setup for vehicle assembly
- Finishing of the control and visitor areas
Our engineering teams are working closely with local contractors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with sustainability and safety standards.
